AMPED : An Agentic AI-Ready Unified AI Factory Framework for Telcos

This paper presents AMPED, a next-generation AI Factory framework designed to overcome the limitations of traditional AI Factory models used in telcos, banks, and enterprises. Unlike legacy approaches, AMPED provides a complete operational and governance structure that seamlessly connects technical, social, and organizational systems, making it fully ready for the era of Agentic AI. Built on five pillars—Agents, Models, Platforms, Enforcement, and Data—AMPED enables scalable, compliant, and trustworthy AI operations while supporting sustainable human–AI collaboration through Human-in-the-Loop capabilities.
